It seems that HTC has received enough support calls from us all to include the software in the new line of products... great job everyone! I need a PDA phone and one of the reasons I want it is for Remote Desktop. Since HTC doesn't include it in their ROM that opens me up to other phone options like the Storm. Just put it in the ROM.
